Refund Policy

The Orbit desktop app is free, so most of the product never costs you anything. For Orbit Pro subscriptions:

First purchase

If Pro isn't working out, email us within 14 days of your first purchase and we'll refund it in full, no questions asked.

Renewals

Forgot to cancel? Email us within 7 days of an automatic renewal and we'll refund that renewal.

How refunds are processed

Payments are handled by Paddle (our Merchant of Record), so refunds are issued by Paddle back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days. You can also reach Paddle directly at paddle.net with your receipt.
